How We Work Together

Funding strategy isn't one-size-fits-all. Depending on where your organization is, you might need a clear-eyed read on where you stand, a full push to get a proposal funder-ready, or an ongoing partner to keep the pipeline moving. Here's how that breaks down.

1. Funding Readiness Diagnostic — $500. A focused, expert-led review of where your organization stands today. You'll get a clear-eyed read on your funding narrative and systems, and a straight answer on what's actually holding proposals back. No fluff, no generic checklist.

How it works: We start with a short intake form so I can get a real picture of your organization before we begin. From there, you'll receive a full written assessment covering your funding narrative, systems, and readiness gaps, along with a straight answer on what's standing between you and a stronger proposal.

2. Funding Roadmap — $2,500. Once we know where the gaps are, this is where we close them. Full narrative development, budget alignment, and a prioritized plan that turns "hopeful" into "submitted, and competitive."

What's included: Case for support, budget narrative, board bios, and the full set of narrative components funders expect to see, built and aligned so your proposal reads as one coherent, competitive story rather than a stitched-together document.

3. Ongoing Partnership — $2,000/month. For organizations ready to build a real funding pipeline, not just win one grant. Research, proposal development, and reporting support on an ongoing basis, so grants become a system instead of a scramble.

What's included: Grant research paired with strategy, so you're not just getting a list of opportunities but a plan for which ones are worth pursuing. Typically 1-2 proposals per month, plus ongoing review of proposals and materials already in motion.

Not sure which one fits? Start with a short call. We'll figure out where you actually stand and which step makes sense next.
