I've spent my career on both sides of the funding equation: in classrooms and administration as an educator, and in strategy rooms helping nonprofits build the case that gets them funded.

That dual view matters. I've seen how funding gaps at the ground level- in a classroom, a community program, a cultural institution- ripple upward and affect what an organization can actually do. It's why I don't just write proposals. I help organizations become the kind of organization funders want to say yes to.

As founder of Core Vision Solutions (CVS Grants), I've helped secure more than $22 million in funding, including a $1.4M federal grant for an early childhood education program. My approach blends storytelling and narrative craft with a sharp sense of how funders actually evaluate what lands on their desk.
