Dr. Jeannie Headley launched Core Vision Solutions to help nonprofits secure sustainable funding—without the overwhelm. With over $22 million in grants secured, she leads a powerhouse team dedicated to writing winning proposals, building strong fundraising strategies, and helping mission-driven organizations grow with confidence.

As a Grant Strategist, Dr. Headley and her team bring deep expertise in strategy, storytelling, and relationship-building. Her team supports clients through every stage of the funding process, delivering tailored solutions that save time and drive impact.

Beyond her consulting work, Dr. Headley is also an Assistant Teaching Faculty member in English Literature in New Jersey, where she specializes in Linguistics, Literacy Equity, and Cultural Preservation. She’s a proud mom of two and brings a people-first approach to every partnership.
